Grupo SM needed a new, "fresh" digital look for their new Community Platform in order to meet the online demand risen after COVID-19. The Project was started from scratch and based on Salesforce Infrastructure connected to the Company's main service network.

Our approach
A new brand identity and logo was created followed by a website from scratch. New flows were defined via Product & Service Design and communicated with a clean and easy to use UI adapted to the new graphic line.
The new logo needed to express the desire of all of us to re-connect after the Pandemic. We needed to create, as well, a notion of growth, progress in a "natural" way, reflecting closeness, clearness, positiveness and a hint of child-like joyfulness necessary for a new beginning.

Being a Branding as well as Product Design project, a comprehensive and easy to use, shared and live Design System was created and managed.

Product & Service Design
After throughout UX/CX research and high fidelity prototyping, a website based on Salesforce was designed, conceptualised with the participation of various departments. With Thrive, educational experts are able to connect, communicate with Grupo SM, share content and participate in webinars.

UI Elements, Landings and Brand Sub-lines, Videos and Key Visuals
A series of videos were directed for the launching of the website, as well banners, social media posts, landings for a variety of events and promotional material that could be seen on Grupo SM social media and other company platforms.
